"Stopped to get drinks after a 2 hour drive. Entering the building, it smelled like someone had vomited. We ordered 4 hot chocolates, and they all tasted like they just watered down the hot chocolate. It tasted like hot plain water. I go to Dunkin multiple times a week, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was highly disappointed and would not recommend this dunkin to anyone."

"This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. Not only did we receive the complete wrong order, She rudely took it back from us and immediately threw it in the trash instead of letting us keep it or having us give it to somebody else. They were unfriendly and rude. 2 employees had horrible attitudes like they did not care and they hated their job.. I would never recommend this dunkin' donuts, which is unfortunate because I stopped at this Dunkin three times a week .and I will never go back to that dunkin' donuts... Worst experience ever. If you hate your job that bad, quit and do everyone else a favor ...and clearly their food is well put together!"

"I don’t understand why all their attentions is only on drive through customers only! They will literally ignore everyone that walk in and have about 5 staffs attending to drive through customers only. Like come on!!!!!!"

"I always go to the Dunkin on Coffeen... I think it is better than the one by the HS or the one on Arsenal. The staff is friendly and even if they are busy, they are always fully stocked. This is a big deal because I generally go there every few weeks when my teens have had an especially difficult day or I want to give them a sweet treat without actually baking something. Since they each have their favorite, it is great that I can trust they will have what my family likes. The employees told me how to use the app, so now I generally get a free coffee, which is nice because I am not a donut person. They don't really have a seating area, which is fine for me because I take my order to go."

"This is my favorite DD, i visit every morning and sometimes evening. I order through the app and my food and drinks are always ready. The staff is AMAZING, they even learned how I like my ice coffee and make it perfect every time. It seems to be the only one who can make a good ice mocha coffee and hash browns."
