"Just stopped in last week. Very impressed. My adults kids rave about this place. As a cigar and cig smoker I finally stopped by to check it out. IMPRESSED! Sam and sal are very friendly and I felt very welcomed. Sam was helpful offered me free coffee and great deal on cigars! Walked me around the store and explained what all the gadgets do. I bought a few gifts for my kids. I will be a regular customer! I'm sold!"
"True story! While I was out walking in the Village of North Syracuse 2 years ago I stopped in NS Smoke Shop. I was warmly greeted by Sammy who graciously offered a free cup of coffee. I declined the coffee, but did accept a complimentary bottle water. Not only am I a customer but also a friend who is treated like family!!"

"This smoke shop has a great selection of so many different things. Every time I've gone there when the owner is there I've had nothing but great experiences. Recently when I went in the evening I was bombarded and followed by the "security" younger guy. It made me feel very uncomfortable, especially when I am there often spending a lot of money. If they just had a normal conversation with the customer then it wouldn't feel so uncomfortable. Not sure if I will continue to frequent this store especially when they make you feel like you're a criminal"
"Once you’ve shopped here, no other smoke shop will do. I have been coming here for a year now. They carry every accessory you need including replacement parts and unique items. Believe me, you’ll find what you’re looking for or they’ll order it for you. You’ll notice many locally made products from crafters and artists available too. Supporting local and the community is the vibe here. They take the time to help you with questions and make you feel like a guest and not just a customer. The shop is in Lucien’s Plaza on the corner of Wells and S Main St in North Syracuse. It is worth the visit, and you’ll keep coming back too."
