"Do NOT get balloons here!! I was charged 40 Dollars for balloons including them adding some sort of serum that would keep the balloons inflated for 24 hours… I’ve had them for an hour and one is already completely deflated. Huge waste of money."
"On a positive note the store is very clean and organized. The down side is the customer service here is horrendous and I say that at a time where customer service has plummeted as a whole in the last couple years. The employees have no emotion what so ever and I mean not one of them was friendly(atleast in the front end) I went in back to back days getting thing for my daughters birthday party different shifts and different employees and it really is a buzz kill. At a store that should be fun to shop at and be a good time it really was a downer and as a side note, how much it costs to get balloons filled with helium is absolute robbery just saying."
"This store is perfect! Had everything I needed and the workers where extremely helpful and patient!! The first time I went a worker named Shane helped me, and we was so nice. When I went back to pick up my order another worker who helped me and was OUTSTANDING! I wish for the life of me I could remember her name but she was working late Friday night, dark hair, a couple tattoos, and just so helpful!! There was a problem with my order but she cleared it up for me and she even held the door open for me in a rain storm!!! Just so I could easily carry all my balloons out of the store. I definitely recommend this place, the staff is so kind!"
