"I just want to commend Lisa ( a pharmacist who came from Corporate) who was brought in to fill in at the pharmacy at the Taft Rd store. I was there picking up a prescription for my daughter. Due to this store being short staffed, and because it was 6:30 pm with many customers there to pick up their prescriptions or to get flu shots etc., it was pretty chaotic inside and at the drive thru window of the pharmacy . But Lisa kept everything running like a well oiled machine in an extremely pleasant manner. Also, there was another male pharmacist (who’s name I apologize I did not get) but he was also brought in from another Kinney’s store to help out. He was equally efficient and pleasant. "You wait in the drive through forever . SLOW. Supervisors in incapable of an adult conversation. Sounds like a high school kid with high school vocabulary. The person at the drive-through completely misunderstood me resulting in me not getting the correct medication‘s to go home with. Instead of providing good customer service and making sure it got to me that night by delivering it I would have to wait the entire weekend for it or come out again and get it myself feeling as sickly as I am. Thank you Kenny drugs for showing such great service. I will never be back."
"Amazing!!! I was unable to get my daughter’s prescription filled at our regular pharmacy. Tried getting it filled at Walgreens, but they don’t work with my insurance company. Went to Kinney’s and WOW! Kinney’s went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Brianna was understanding and empathetic. Absolutely amazing staff. Thank you all so much!!!"
