"There is an older lady that works at the Albany location that "type casts" people. I believe she is a manager. She treats people based on how you come into the store either dressed, or the color of your skin. If you're dark skinned or dressed in sweats she treats you like you are less then fortunate, and gives you incorrect information. If you have a lighter skin tone or are dressed in a designer brand, she gives you the upmost respect. Regardless of someone's background financially or ethnically, everyone should be treated the same, especially if they are spending their hard earned money on these products."
