"I bought a DeVonta Smith jersey from this place back on December 10, 2022 and it was too big, so I brought it back for an exchange and the man at the store said he would contact me when he got another one. I called a few weeks later and he said because of the popularity of the Eagles he was having a hard time finding a jersey. Months go by and I call, same response. I have the receipt that was given and attached the photos (I covered my phone number) It’s now 2024 and I have still not received this jersey and they have a no refund policy. Do yourself a favor and take your money someplace else where they actually care."

"The staff was helpful when I was there, and they are well staffed. Their return policy is no refunds, exchanges only, even with a receipt. If I had known that in advance I likely wouldn't have purchased an item I was unsure of. I was told that the return policy was on the receipt, which you don't receive until you purchase the items! There was also a small sign posted near register that is not noticeable. If that's what they want their policy to be that's their decision, but it should be displayed in a very well seen location or spoken outloud before you complete the transaction."
