"I boldly proclaim Jacques to be one of the few remaining of a dying breed. Old school tailor shop, and he was able to fit these massive biceps and dad bod belly into my suit just in time for the most important evening of my life. Tremendously skilled and provides excellence in customer service. This is the only option for a tailor."
"I am not here to deter his name, but this is my honest review. This Guy is very disrespectful. He has terrible customer service and is always having a high temper. He is always screaming and yelling back at his customers. His prices are a bit reasonable, but some alterations are too costly. There have been three instances where I had given him my suit with a week and a half for him to get it done, and on the day of that I am supposed to get my suit, he forgets that I had given him my suit a week ago. And then he tells me to come back in an hour, rushing my alteration. HE HAS DONE THIS 3 CONSECUTIVE TIMES! I have missed many programs that I was supposed to host because this man forgot to alter my suit. I would not recommend this Guy..."
"Great guy he promised me to help me get my suite for my wedding and that’s what he did outstanding service and professional. I’m a heavy set guy and he was still able to help me out and I have the best suite for my wedding. And he also works super fast if your in a tight time frame he will get you ready. I would recommend him to anyone."
"One of the best tailors in the area.. I have also bought multiple custom itialian suites that look great and a good cost. Please check this place out. I loved them so much I hired Jacque to do my wedding.. the guys looked very stylish and modern."
"If I could give this man 0 stars, I would. We needed 7 suits for our wedding. Went to him 5 months before and figured out colors with him. 3 weeks before the wedding, he called me and told me he needed me to tell him the colors again because he couldn’t read his handwriting. When my husband called him later that day to confirm his tux colors he told my husband that he knew exactly what we wanted the whole time but that I was changing everything. 4 days before the wedding, he called us and said he needed everyone to come in for a second fitting. This second fitting was never mentioned before this. In busy pre-wedding time and with a few out of towners, this was next to impossible. When we said that, he said he told everyone at their first fitting. No one remembers him saying this to them. When we thought nothing could be worse than the service, we opened the suits. My husband’s tux was fine, but: 1) The bottoms of the shoes of 2 groomsmen fell COMPLETELY off within a couple minutes. Before we even got to the venue. We had to tape them together and they barely made it to the end of the ceremony. 2) The best man was given a different tie than everyone else. When I said this to Jacques, he told me that he had already told me this because he only had 3 straight burgundy ties and I agreed. This did not happen. 3) 2 of the groomsmen had darker navy suits than the other 2. 4) One groomsman had completely different shoes than everyone else. 5) The fitting was TERRIBLE. I could have done better. My father’s pants were a 50 - he is a 36. I could have fit in his pants with him. When I told this to Jacques, he told me suits are meant to be worn with belts. This also occurred with one groomsman. One groomsman had one longer sleeve. Another’s pants were so long he had to hold them up. Jacques told him to make sure he didn’t wear a hole in them walking on them. The worst part of this? When I returned the suits and mentioned my issues, Jacques was incredibly argumentative. He lied, tried to pit my husband and I against each other, he tried to tell me I agreed to things I never was told about. Long story short - AVOID THIS MAN LIKE THE PLAGUE!"
