"I visited your store in Westgates plaza in Albany NY. We arrived to the store around 6 pm spent almost and hour picking out clothes with my 4 children there was an incident where the staff were not able to efficiently prevent a theft the manager attempted to drive after the people but was not successful. Once he returned, he was extremely nasty to all the customers in the store telling everyone to get the he'll out everyone steals from him we are all thiefs I attempted take my purchase upfront to get the items my children need for the next day he proceeded to raise his voice and scream for me to get out i dont want to hear it. This is not appropriate behavior to represent you brand nor just human decency to respect people I didn't steal nor intend to steal so why am I being treated nasty. After speaking to his staff which consists of all young women, they stated this is his usual behavior they are scared to complain in fear of losing their jobs.
