"Nice sales. However, did see a pretty blue/white short sleeve shirt. Didn't buy, the sleeves are puffy. To juvenile for me."
"Would have had a better shopping experience, if I were not followed around by the bright red headed sales clerk. Woman was relentless, so humiliating. I will not be back."
"Customers will be happy when they are treated like VIP. I have been a steady customer for Chico's for many years because I love their accessories that go well with my style. Probably this is why I have received several complimentary free gifts, and sometimes $20 dollar coupon. Whenever, I received these gifts, it said that if I bring those to one of Chico's boutiques a Personal Style Exports will give me the VIP treatment. My visit this store on October 24th, 2018, to claim a free gift, I felt as if I was a creditor who went there to collect a debt rather than a valuable customer. The staff was not polite either in treating me in the whole claiming process. Even worse visit was January 11th 2019. I visited to claim $20 coupon on that day. I purchased a bracelet with the coupon. Then, on my way out, I felt it was heavier than that I first thought. I want right back to the boutique, in 5 minutes, and explained to a staff that I want to exchange. After hearing this she said to wait. Though it was my turn, she went to other customer, who did not even ask for help, and asked if she could help, intentionally ignoring me and kept me standing beside the counter. After she came back again, she explain the policy about coupon usage and needed to talk to the manager. I asked for manager but she asked me to set aside and wait and kept on serving next customer. When I found another staff came to the counter, I had to explained everything again. She also told me that she need to talk to the manager. She finally talked to the manager, got approval, and processed my exchange. At the beginning of the process, she told me that "I will do it time, but you shouldn't buy accessories next time if you feel heavy". I could not believe my ears when I heard this. The good feeling to be treated as a VIP, when I received free gifts and other coupons, now turned to be very unpleasant experiences after went through the feeling of being ignored and alienated and, what is worse, instructed what I should not buy by the staff. An unknown fear for this kind of uncomfortable feeling was the major reason that I mostly do on-line shopping. I know my active shopping also resulted in those free gifts and coupons. However, if I am not treated as VIP as they promised, I don't want to have any free gifts or coupons any more. I am now wondering myself if I could continue to buy more accessories from Chico's, even on-line."
"The sales associate was most helpful and genuinely cared...I am color blind and she was able to match colors ,I would never had gotten...great eye for matching a set...outstanding!!"
"Love this store. Mom and I visit almost every 3 weeks. The clothes are beautiful and well made. The staff is helpful. I love the unique jewelry."
