"Very professional. The tuxedo for my daughter's wedding was expertly tailored, fitted like a glove and didn't look like a rental. I received complement after complement. The shirt looked brand new as well as the shoes. The tux had no defects. Thanks to John I was the best dressed not even the groom who got his from the big chain store looked half as good. ."

"I used this store because the wedding party chose them. The owner John is a very nice guy. The employee Kevin is a jerk. Many people in the wedding party complained about Kevin. Both my jacket button and the best man's jacket button fell off. The best man had to find a button because his got lost. I bobby pinned mine back on. Shortly afterward the head of the bobby pin fell off and I had to bend the pin into a circle. This caused me to become stabbed in the stomach a bazillion times during the affair. I also became attached to an elderly cousin. Very embarrassing. This shop did not do their job by delivering $200 tuxedoes in this condition. Two out of seven buttons came off and there were several torn shirts and poor fits including shoes. Now, I wasn't going to allow any of this to ruin my time at my son's wedding. However, the trouble started when I ran into Kevin for the very first time. This was when I returned the tuxedo and I entered the shop and waited at least 10 minutes before he even came out to serve me. I told him I was here to return the suit. He pulled the paperwork and told me I was all set. I mentioned that the button fell off and it was in the accessory bag. He said okay. I told him it was an inconvenience. His response was. Have a nice day. Kevin is a cold miserable person. I called later that afternoon to speak with John and let him know of what happened but John wasn't there and I ended up talking to Kevin who was obstinate obnoxious condescending and it culminated in him leveling expletives at me before he slammed down his phone. He asked me if I was the groom and when I said no he said that's right you are a do*che. This review would never have been written If Kevin would have said sorry that happened sir, when I was at the shop. So I warn any perspective tuxedo or suit renters to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. John, you have an employee that is destroying your business."
"Worst place you can deal with that guy John is rude and didnt understand any one's work schedule so apparently your life as a paying customer is not his problem in scheduling you for a appointment only this guy john who works there his attitude and is really ridiculous don't schedule him for your event Got my tuxedo rental pants were a little short with shoes on every one had the same style pants just different few people lost there buttons during the event for the price of this place I should of went to the store and bought a tuxedo instead of renting one of them here not like they all matched any ways After talking with all the men that used this place we call all agree if u work a 9am to 5pm job there's no way to make appointment with out calling out of work sick on his terms p.s the owner called people to have my negative feedback removed"
"Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of tuxedo. I rented from this location for a wedding. Halfway through the wedding the button popped off, the Seam of jacket was splitting. Another groomsman in the party had a hole in his pants. These were all issues that could have been avoided if the quality of tux’s were checked prior. I addressed these issues to the owner when I returned the suit. His remarks were “you’re all set”. No apology or any kind of compensation. There was no willingness to try and fix the issue. After this came highly recommended I will going forward never return or recommend. It’s the simplest kind of customer service that anyone would ask for that I did not receive. I felt completely brushed off as a customer."
