"January 9, 2024. The current morning manager and the store was very rude to me. I have been shopping at children's place for over 20 years and I will never spend another $1 with the company. She has no customer service ethics, no compassion and then she hung up the phone and did not pick up when I attempted to return the call. If this is the kind of people that are working for your company I want to have nothing to do with you. I am expecting a call from the district manager because my complaint will not stop here."

"Horrible customer service, ordered a birthday shirt for my son online for pick up and drove around over 10 minutes trying to find the store when I called the store the lady on the phone had an attitude right away stating the store was closed which it wasn’t 8pm yet and that I was literally right outside but still refused to help me. Waste of my time and gas never giving them business again. Don’t bother shopping here!"

"I don't how they run a store. Customer service is very bad. I went last week and i forget my 30% off coupon at home i asked the girl and she told me u can buy stuff now and bring the coupon and receipt later and then we use the coupon. And today i went there and they told me no bring back all stuff and return that and buy again i told them that time u guys said just bring the receipt and my daughter wear some of clothes and i don't have tag and she get really rude with and told me u go from there they can't do that.. ridiculous"

"I don't like going this store because the manager is too snobby to me whenever I shop there. But during Black Friday 2017, I was very happy and satisfied with two employees named Natalie, Christna. Very kind and helpful.. They were amazing!!"
