"I’m not one to write reviews but I feel I need to share my first experience with my daughter at Windsor. My daughter is such a picky teenager and it’s hard taking her shopping. As my daughter was walking around overwhelmed and as her dad who knows nothing about female clothing . The sales associate automatically read the room and took over . Man, did I love this place already and I love how helpful they are !! Great customer service ladies. My daughter was super happy and excited to tell her friends about Windsor. Thank you ladies for helping me make my daughter happy ."

"The customer service was fantastic from start to end. Nicky (Nicki? Nikki? Apologies if it's the wrong spelling) and another associate were friendly and helpful when I came in to return my large online order and find last-minute dresses for myself and my two teens. Nicky worked with us the entire time, listening carefully to my teens' wardrobe needs and patiently doling out useful recommendations. I really appreciated her calm demeanor. I will be back here to shop for the next event! Thank you, Nicky!"

"There is lots to love about Windsor, especially as a M2F crossdresser. First, I love their clothing. They have quality and stylish clothing, not cheap stuff. Second, their clothing fits! I have spent lots of money purchasing skirts, tops, and dresses either online or in a store, but once I got home to try them on, the items didn’t fit well. This is a hassle and waste of money. While shopping at Windsor I have always been offered a fitting room so when I make a purchase, I don’t have to worry about returns or exchanges. Third, for the quality clothing you are walking out with you won’t believe their prices. Lastly, but perhaps most important is the staff. They are always gracious and super helpful and I have gotten to know some of the sales associates as Windsor has become my favorite shop!"
