"So disappointed in them. I have been a regular shopper for two years recently I sent them two returns on two different dates and I was not refunded. They confirmed at my first phone call to them in November that they received one of my returned packages but then never issued a refund. Now they say they never received any of my packages. Upon calling them they say they will check and return my call but they never do. This is frustrating I will not shop neither recommend until they resolve this. Writing this review so their management can see my query because phone calls to their associates didn’t help. I have the Usps return tracking number with me."
