JCPenney 630 Old Country Road, Garden City, NY 11530

"First time shopping at JCPenney and it was an awful experience. Yes there is a wide variety of Deals/ clothes but it is so chaotic. There are no shopping bags so you have to hold everything in your hand. Then when you finish prepare to spend half your life in the queue. Slowest packing and scanning I’ve ever experienced and to top it off they ran out of bags so I had to leave the store with a rubbish bag. The cashier staff are quite friendly but the supervisor who was there on the day ( and older lady) was rude and useless. Her team needed support and she obviously didn’t know what she was doing but still wanted to bark orders."

"The WORST customer service ever! The people working there aren’t helpful at all, nasty and rude. I had curtains to return but didn’t have the cardboard that comes with it (they did have tags attached on them) and she complained and told me she can’t return it for me because I need the cardboard - meanwhile I brought her one off the shelf that had a barcode to make her life easy to find it in her computer BUT she refused"

"Great shopping experience, staff seemed kind of light, but store wasn't busy. The store is well stocked. They have clothing in almost any budget. Go stock up on some nice brands for less. I highly recommend."
