"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The workers are HORRIBLE, a bunch of teenagers. On June 24 two of the workers were arguing aggressively right in front of everyone. The tension in there was so bad we decided to leave. This isn't the first time I had a negative experience in this store. The main problem is the workers, so much attitude, and no mature supervisor watching over."

"The worst experience on my life , The manager blonde lady she’s the worst person I’ve never seen in my life I don’t know why she’s in that position. She deserves to be somewhere in a mountain by herself, not to have connection with human beans how bad she is and one of her employees with long hair boy its worse then her those two people are horrible and disgusting !!!"

"Terrible customer service and poor management! PacSun needs to get it together otherwise they are going to go out of business. The first day I went there the store closes at 8pm, I arrived at 7:20 the door were locked-there wasn’t any sign as per why however I did see people in there just shaking there hand at me like “closed”. Okay, so I go back the next day mid day during the week figuring there should be no issue this time. The line was wrapped around the mall, customers were waiting for 30 mins just to get in they blocked off the doors and were letting people in one by one apparently due to staffing issues however there were many employees and management in there just organizing the store. I have never see anything like this in my life. The staff was not helpful nor cared that there customers were unhappy. Inexperienced, inconsiderate employees work there-perhaps corporate needs to visit the Roosevelt Field PacSun step in and do something! I will never be shopping in store or online again."
