I cut myself on some while shopping. I go to the counter, ask for bandaids and paper towel. I take a minute in the bathroom because my finger doesn't stop bleeding so easy. I come out, and finish checking out. Not a single of the two employees there offered any kind of apology at any point until I raised a concern after paying. They did not ask where the glass was. They didn't even offer me any kind of discount. Me cutting myself seemed like the least of their concern"
