"This felt like a chain coffee shop that was trying to be artisan. The service was great, but the quality of coffee and pastries were mediocre at best. I ordered their black coffee, a Portuguese egg tart and croissant. This was early morning, so there's no reason for the croissant to taste stale and dry. The coffee tasted watered down too. Just felt like they invested more in the "brand" than the products."

"I always love trying different coffee shops while traveling, this one caught my interest because of its name and it was close to MSG. Went here with my brother and we spoke with whom I believe was the owner about their shop and the city life. Truly a lovely guy with a fantastic shop. I tried a taro+matcha latte as well as a vanilla latte, both of which were phoenominal. I had to get a bag of beans for myself, thank you guys for this nice little place! Hope to come back (:"
