I bought a number balloon with helium for my child birthday, we live close by , just got home and the number balloon popped loudly, clearly it was inflated too tight, their mistake. I headed back to the store the same minute, I asked for a refund or another balloon, the Chinese man, (seemed like manager) was rude, yelled at me and did not want to give me a refund, they always would find somebody else mistake just not their (as seen in other comments here)."

"I would give this store zero stars if this site allowed it. The people who work here are rude and unfriendly. During the pandemic they engaged in price gouging and then abruptly closed the store without warning customers. I recently attempted to return a defective thermometer they sold me right before the peak of the pandemic in March. The unidentified Manager refused to issue a store credit claiming that I did not know how to use it and that I should reread the instructions . When I informed him that they would be permanently losing a long time customer because they unwilling to give me the benefit of doubt on a five dollar item, he acted like he did not care. They are poor business people on top of being customer unfriendly."
