"Handicap room was a very long walk from the entrance. Handicap bathroom was terrible. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the staff was so wonderful."

"I was there the other week and arrived about 45 minutes before the 3 o'clock check in so I could not get a room yet. I spoke with Chris Eastwick at the counter. It was very hot and I said to him do I have to wait in my car. Without hesitation he hands me a towel and says, "We have a pool, you can go for a swim " His quick thinking made my day, I changed in the men's room and went for a swim. The room was great, breakfast was great but the customer service was out of this world"
