"The hotel was great! The manager Bob was especially nice. He took the time to talk with everyone, helped with restocking the breakfast items, cleaning up. He was just amazing!"

"Location is really the huge issue for me. Right off the highway which is nice but comes with noise. Ems at five am, motorcycles. Nothing the hotel can help but something worth noting for guests who are light sleepers. Otherwise the hotel is great! Super clean everyone's friendly breakfast was boiled eggs, cereal, Jalepno cheddar things and sausage on English muffin which they were hard as a rock :/. Oatmeal fruits muffins etc they had a lot. Nice place and smells nice too first hotel I ever stayed at that smelt clean"

"Nice newer property. Had a 5 night stay, unfortunately our room was never serviced which was less than desirable especially when the room service person greats you as you're leaving your room. Spoke with the manager and it appears it fell due to every other day service and we slept in 1 day. I didn't feel that was a very good answer but it was what it was. It was during Christmas too so I'll give them some slack but 5 days w/o servicing our room was just unacceptable. Location was good for visiting family but there isn't much around there for food etc. Very friendly staff!"

"The gentleman last night. Was super friendly & Superior at the front desk. Also allowed make a selection on what floor I wanted to be on which was awesome. Rooms was definitely clean in was super impressed with my bathroom on the cleanness of it. Small drawl back not enough water pressure. Highly recommended"

"We stayed here as a home base for a search for new housing in the Apex area. The location is terrific, a quiet lane with quick access to local arterial roads. We found the staff to be quite helpful on wrinkles that came up onwhen we needed to extend our stay, particularly front desk staff (Samuel). Our room was facing the pond in the rear, totally quiet and we never heard other guests at night. We noticed electric vehicle chargers, which will be helpful on our next visit we have our personal car. The room is well-appointed, particularly the bathroom with clean groutless designer tiles in the shower and a top rolling shower door. First-rate all around at this hotel. We're certain return and people likely recommend that friends and family stay here."
