The Peak at Nichols Plaza

"I have lived at the Peak at Nichols Plaza for 2 years and it is a beautiful place to live. Just recently there have been some very inconsiderate residents who choose to party by the fire pit and have no thought about disturbing others and then write bad reviews about our community. Rachel has been awesome trying to quiet the noise. Since complaints have been made about these residents, hopefully they will learn how to behave in a community or move out."

"It's nice to know who the group of obnoxious, loud and rude tenants are who hang out at the fire pit at night, well after the town of Apex noise ordinance. You should know that you ARE loud and you are disturbing what used to be a peaceful community. Because of all the noise complaints filed regarding your parties, I fear management might shut down the fire pit. This is not a college campus. This is where hard working people live, who need to get up early for work, so a good night's sleep is needed. Please stop being selfish, immature children, and act like adults so we don't have to call the cops. Thank you."

"Visited a family member to enjoy the amentities and space they have worked hard to get, however, during the time we were hanging out and accessing the amentities the staff/manager cut us off for noise complaint. Unfortunately, this was way out of line because our noise level was well within respect for others to ensure there would not be a complaint. I feel each time we visit there is always a complaint. The management and strict rules are way out of line."

"Unfortunately the management at this apartment is out of line with expectations. As a renter whom pays for amenities offered we are being ridiculed for noise complaint, however, we are well within noise level expectations per apex PD ordinance guidelines which is why this review is warranted. I highly do not recommend this place or the management staff highly unprofessional"

"Liz was amazing when we went to look at apts. Professional and personable and answered all our questions candidly and clearly. We love the location, amenities and most of all, the apt layout! Just waiting on final approval and hope to live there soon enough. Update number 2 will follow."
