Village at Broadstone Station

"On January 19th myself and my dog were attacked by my neighbors dog. We have both sustained injuries and have yet to have the situation resolved by the leasing manager Silvia Paredes. I am traumatized by this experience and each day fear for my safety and my dog’s safety. The options given to me were transferring my lease for a higher rental rate than what I am currently paying for a lease term longer than I plan on staying. I have received no notice of if this dog is still on premises or what actions have been taken to make sure this incident will not happen again. I was offered a lease transfer in the past because of this aggressive behavior of the dog and previously declined because it does not ensure my safety. I have made numerous complaints about this dog’s aggression towards myself and my dog which Silvia can attest to and yet I was still attacked. I have had pain, suffering, and trauma from this experience and this apartment complex treats me like a check. But hey at least maintenance fulfills request fast…"

"Jonathan on the maintenance team repaired our HVAC unit on a weekend morning before 9am within 30 minutes of calling the emergency maintenance number. It is no fun to deal with no air conditioning on a morning with a lot of humidity, but we could not have asked for better service."

"Village at Broadstone Station is a fantastic community to live in. The office staff and maintenance are always on top of problems before they occur and any service requests are completed within 48 hrs of submission every time. The amenities are well-taken care of and maintained. The grounds are always pristine and they regularly have grounds keepers trimming grass, planting flowers, and clearing walkways and common spaces. Preventative maintenance at this complex is regularly scheduled and completed seasonally. The apartments themselves are spacious and quiet. I've lived here almost 4 years and love it!"

"My husband and I lived here for 1.5 years and loved it. Of course, apartment life includes hearing your neighbors above you which can be loud. The apartment itself was very clean and move in/move out process was easy. It’s a great place to have dogs to walk, as well as the dog park. Staff & maintenance was great, always willing to help! We absolutely loved our apartment and time at Broadstone and will miss it!"
