"My car was towed while I was unloading at a business front. While the clerk and I were returning from the stock room to bring the merchandise to my trunk, they took my car and leave while we tried to stop them. I explained this to the office representative who carelessly responded “Ok mam, he just left. He’s turning around to give you your car” Less than 5 minutes my car was returned and the guy in the towing truck said I have to pay cash to release my car because they do not take card on the weekends. He even pointed and suggested I go to an ATM. Very unfamiliar with that claim, I called the office to validate and they denied that I have to pay in cash only. Very skeptical, I questioned did the guy in the truck, said he ONLY accepts cash. The representative did not acknowledge my question and instructed to hand my credit card to make the payment so he can release my car. Long story short, they wrongfully took my car to hustle to get fast cash. It was very evident and TERRIBLE SERVICE!"

"My car was towed away from 48th Street and Queens Blvd where it was parked as per parking rules but after parking for about 1.5 hours, this towing company took away my car, to find out the next morning after checking with NYPD Queens Tow Pound that they have no record of it and suggested me to call 311 then they directed me to talk to NYPD 108th Precinct who after checking their records told me that this company towed my car away and gave me three four seven 7292526 who asked me to come with $136.00 cash and gave me their address as 8989 Union Turnpike, Glendale which is about 17 miles away from Sunnyside. That's in a scary corner which is not at 1453 118th Street, College Point, NY 11356. When I reached at 8989 Union Turnpike, they took my car but my car was broken, would not drive properly, and tires' alignment was dislocated and had scratches in many areas of my car. They extorted my $136 by blocking my car until i paid them in cash, gave me no receipt, and spoiled my car. Now I have to repair them all. Why is this illegal activity being allowed to carry on? Shouldn't this be illegal, they get arrested and brought to justice??"
