"We had an ice maker water line leak that was hidden and not noticed until 12/ 30/ 2022. It damaged the kitchen, hallway and bathroom floors. The insurance company called Servpro of South Cabarrus to start the process of drying up the house. I had already removed the vanity and part of the flooring in the bathroom. One guy brought equipment (fans and dehumidifier) and set it up late in the afternoon. The equipment ran until 1/13/2023 when the insurance adjuster came to do the evaluation. He asked why they had not done any of the demo on the damaged area. He called and was told that they thought all the demo was finished. The lack of supervision of this company is really unbelievable. They finally sent a 2 guys to start the demo on 1/20/2023 a Friday at about lunchtime. They torn up the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and took about 40 sq ft of insulation from under the house. Made a big mess and left. The following Monday 1 guy showed up to remove the lower kitchen cabinets and underlayment that was damaged in the kitchen and hallway. I had to work with him all day to get that finished. I had to loan him tools to do his job. By now I was getting somewhat upset. 3 weeks in and now we are starting to dry the subfloor. There was a piece of 3/4 plywood in the bathroom where the toilet is that I didn't remove when I did the demo in there and it needed to be taken out. I called Garrett who was the supervisor and ,of course, I had to leave a message. He texted back that someone would come and remove it. This guy showed up at 4pm. He removed the toilet and the toilet flange was setting on the plywood. I told him he would need to cut around it and asked if he needed a saw. While I was getting him my saw from the garage I heard a couple of bangs. When I returned he had ripped up the plywood, broke the toilet flange and knocked a hole in the sheetrock. Little did I know when he did that it also broke the sewer line under the house. I called them about it and the response I got was "I talked to people in the office and they said there was no way that could have caused any damage." No one came to look or anything. I would not let this company wash out my trash can for fear they would somehow tear it up or that I would end up doing it for them. Finally they tried to charge the insurance company for work I did. I.e. removal of the vanity, underlayment in the bathroom and removal of the sink in the kitchen. My experience might not be typical but I would NEVER recommended them to anyone. In my opinion, lack of supervision and unqualified personal is a huge problem for this company."

"They responded to a broken pipe, in the wall, handled everything wonderfully. They arrived quickly, did daily followups and continually cleaned up everything, explaining what they were doing and what they'd do next. Wonderful service, definitely a recommend."
