"I truly believe I could not have had a better experience. Linda and Mike were so kind and accommodating to us. I felt safe, and well taken care of. I went in not knowing what to expect but it exceeded all of my expectations. The food was delish, my favorite was the homemade blueberry corn muffins. The bed had to be the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, the location is so peaceful, and I had shared great conversation with them. I would highly reccomend anyone to stay here. So much better than any hotel I have ever stayed in. This place and couple are 10/10 no doubt."

"My family and I are currently on our way home after staying here for three nights. Let me tell you if you are looking for a beautiful, historic, fresh bread baking, amazing conversation you have come to the perfect spot. Our hosts Linda and Mike were so kind and attentive through our stay. Complimentary wine and drinks, an AMAZING three course breakfast every morning made with fresh ground flour and corn meal from their mill. Fresh pressed juices and every morning they made us cute little pastries. The cranberry scones were absolutely to die for! Our room was the fireplace room and was so warm and cozy. Heated floors, never ending hot water and don’t even get me started on the beautiful stained glass details. It was more than our expectations and we will 1000% be returning. Not your regular hotel, not for someone looking for a quick stop this b&b deserves to be appreciated and enjoyed for the historic feel, amazing hospitality and beautiful scenery. Worth every penny and more!"

"Adorable B&B in a cute mountain neighborhood by a beautiful rushing creek. Breakfast porch overlooks creek and a lush garden. Hosts make a lucious breakfast using flour from the watermill on the creek. Half a mile from lovely lake and back entrance of Black Rock Mountain State Park."
