"Came to the store to do a return at aerie, usually love their stuff, Emily was rude, and unable to assist me, kept asking another person questions about how to do a return. When I asked for my product back she kept trying to offer me a gift card. I asked for the manager because I’ve never had issues before, shop here often. New store manager she said she started a few weeks ago. Wouldn’t give me money back. Was at counter awhile, but didn’t feel heard, respected, or taken care of."
