"Very dissatisfied. Although they were able to take my already loose punctured and unrepairable tire and mount and balance a new tire in about 20 minutes, the single star comes from the fact that they did significant damage to the face of an 8 month old styled wheel on my Silverado RST. It's like they took no precautions to protect a wheel that retails for about $750+. Again very disappointed. Will have to rethink where I do my future business. For now, I have 3 new wheels and 1 piece of junk. As a followup, I was contacted by a regional manager who wanted to make the situation right. A new wheel was ordered and installed to my satisfaction. I want to thank Harry and Lee for making things right. This is why I chose DunnTire in the first place. I've always had good luck and good service. Changing my rating to 5 stars."

"Efficient and good quality work. I initially came in to check for prices. Then i went online to see if they have any sales or cheaper option. I found a Sumitomo set and set an appointment. Unfortunately they no longer carry it in my tire size but the online agent was able to price match for what they have in stock and I was able to keep my appointment. All the people that helped me were informative, professional, and helpful."

They were installed yesterday, and Run very Smoothly and No Road noise as Promised. Well now All I have to do is wait for the Snow and keep my fingers crossed these All Weather tires Hold up better than the last two other Top of the line Brands of All Seasons ( not purchased at Dunn ) do."
