"everyone who works at this location is so kind!! i’ve never had a bad experience here, by far my favorite dunkin’ donuts location out of several of the locations in rochester! all of the workers are so sweet!"
"This location was recently redone and was not completely finished- the menu screen was not mounted yet, so there was no way to view their food and beverage options in-store. They were very busy with managing the busy drive thru, so I get that too. The area within the gas station store is a bit cramped too. There are merchandise displays around where the line forms and there is not a lot of room for customers to wait for their items to be ready."
"Cat was the rudest employee, I’ve ever spoken with at a Dunkin location. It’s worse since they’re a supervisor. No one approached you with an attitude, so you surely didn’t have a reason to speak with one. Overall, poor customer service. Don’t waste your money here there’s plenty of other stores and locations."
"DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. Manager Cat refused to refund me for an incorrect order, borderline called me a liar and just overall had an unpleasant demeanor. I didn’t ask for a full refund and I brought back the incorrect order. It’s apparent by CAT’S NASTY AND DEMEANING ATTITUDE that they’re miserable at work."
"What a damn joke.... Apparently there employees cant read.... How is lemonade and green tea the same thing? How is bacon sausage? I havw yet to have good service here and the coffee NEVER tastes fresh, then they have the gull to say "lets just call it a mistake".... Its a mistake every single time?"
