"I just had the most disappointing half moon cookie. Ever. It was heavy, which should have tipped me off. Two bites of the dense and bland "chocolate" base with an okay chocolate frosting side and a greasy pink early Valentine's?) frosting side. And it was too expensive to be this unpleasant. I'm not impressed."
"The food was fine, but the service was awful. The woman working the coffee area was incredibly rude and dismissive. They SHOUT the coffee orders across the cafe and it's very jarring and inefficient. It's a shame, as it seemed like a great addition to Webster. But I and the friends I dined with will not return."
"Came in to get a loaf of bread for Thanksgiving and got myself a French Toast Latte, which was absolutely delightful. Service was friendly and quick, and the space was larger than I expected having been to the other two locations. Definitely need to come back more, highly recommend."
"Ive been going here very consistently for around 6 months. At first I loved the food and was very happy with the service. Nowadays the food consistently comes out at a mediocre quality and I have to wait insane times in short lines during my limited lunch that I continually choose to spend here because of the nice ambience."
"Normally the food is decent. However, today I ordered a half of a chicken salad sandwich and got a tiny lump of chicken with a slice of processed cheese and a few veggies. Not at all worth the $9 I paid for it. Incredibly disappointing."
