"Stayed in room 110 Checked in and left got back late that night the bed was a king size Upon laying down I realized both sides were sunken in Also Ac did not work properly .that morning when I got up ,carpets were wet as well as my bag I talked with front desk and was promised a refund this month credit card bill still had full charges tried to contact someone about bill no one answered numerous calls first and last stay. 2 towels per room. Worst ever thanks for making my aniversary something I'll never forget."
"Pretty much of a dump. Rooms were not serviced during our two day stay. No refresh for towels, coffee service or anything else. Our room was not touched by cleaning staff at all. Noisy air conditioner and few amenities in the room. Price was more than we would have paid at another more well kept national chain. Breakfast considered was a brown bag with a bottle of water, muffin, granola bar and fruit cup. Not like we were usually provided. If I hadn't already paid for the two days we would have left and went to a more well kept property."
"This was the worst stay we've ever had at a hotel. The three stars are coming from the customer service we received. Overall, the staff was great. First, our mini fridge was not working. They replaced it super fast and with no complaints. Next, our pillow cases had makeup stains. These were replaced as well. The bed was SO hard and had springs sticking out. Okay, no worries....it's only for two nights. The last straw for me was when I went to get into the shower and barely any water came out of the shower head. Only three of the holes on the shower head had water coming out and it was only mildly warm. NO HOT WATER. The little things usually don't bother me but when I couldn't take a shower I was really upset. I would not stay here again."
"Very grateful for the warm staff whom assisted me during the snow storm by having a room very clean and comfortable before the normal check in time. With a very short staff, due to the weather, I would have expected a few delays but not at this hotel. There staff showed no signs of the weather possibly affecting their ability to make my stay wonderful."
"Clean room but, in our opinion, a very hard bed. The bed covers were very, very thin. The comforter was about as thick as the bed sheets and there were no extra sheets or towels in the room. The pillows were flat and you could feel that they needed replaced. The TV was very small and the remote didn't work properly. You had to change the channels by pressing the numbers (01, 02, 13, etc). I know you don't go to a hotel for a TV, but when it's time to call it a night it's nice to be able wind down with some TV until you go to bed. On the plus side, their heater worked really well. Had to crank it up because the bedding was really thin and it put out the heat."
