"The person working when we checked in at night, Anthony, was extremely cheerful, nice and professional. I was very very impressed by his service and explanations. The rooms are also very clean and cozy. Just didn’t like how noisy the AC/heating unit was, and it was too cold to turn it off."

One of the cleanest I have ever seen and Anthony in the office is a sweetheart. Very nice young man with a very good future."

"Charge a 175.00 Room deposit on top of the room rate. They have never charged this amount before. We book rooms a year in advance four other times and no one told us about the extra hold charges this year. I could understand $50 or $75 like the other hotels. But not $175.00"

"Was at the Econo Lodge for a long stay. The service was great, there was always someone around(with a smile) if we needed anything. It was very quiet and peaceful every night. Coming outside to the Mountain View every day was incredible. We really enjoyed the chairs placed outside of each room. ~My only complaint is the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms, which made the room very humid. However, discovered that keeping the room cooler helped. The rooms are a bit out dated but the comfort & cleanliness of our stay out weighed this minor detail. The beds were very cozy. Microwave & ice were easy accessible. The room had a big enough fridge for our long stay. A solid 9.5/10!!!"

"My friend and I were in Cherokee for the day. We decided to stay here and were not disappointed. We had a two queen bed room for $144. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. No dust, no dirt anywhere. The room was very clean! Well-made beds that were comfortable. There was not a microwave, and the fridge did not have a freezer. That's the "worst" thing that I can say. The hotel was quiet. We felt safe. Two women traveling, that is very important! They have chairs and rockers outside the room, which is nice! The continental breakfast was nothing fancy, but it was fresh. The coffee was good! We would definately stay here again and recommend it to others."
