"Been here twice. Once in Dec 2022 and in 2023. I will say the rooms are nice and decent size and staff friendly. But continental breakfast is a joke. Website photos is misleading with a hot bar I'm guessing the photos were maybe pre-covid. Your choices as of Dec 2023 are between 3 packaged muffins and orange/apple juice and coffee"

"The staff was very friendly. They were able to provide us with great information about the city. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay here."

"I really liked this hotel, it was actually better than I expected. The reason I deducted one star is because there was a small hole in one of our walls but it wasn't a deal breaker and wasn'tbig enough to be an immediate concern. The decor could use some updating, but who really cares about the decor in a room they're only going to sleep in? The staff was fantastic and super-friendly. Location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and a nice park along the river. I stayed here with my husband and one-year-old and would stay here again. Would certainly recommend to others for a nice place to stay!"

"The room was adequate, and the beds were adequate. The air conditioning was adequate. The breakfast was almost nothing. Packaged processed muffins and coffee. The pool was pretty good, clean, and refreshing. The hot tub is a complete disappointment, Like tepid lukewarm bathwater with the weakest jets. And we searched, but we found no controls to turn them on or off and were given no instructions when asking about it."

"The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. I do think the coffee in the rooms was absolute trash but ah well. It's a quiet area. Compared to some of the other hotels in Cherokee that have river balcony views, I wonder about the price."
