"Stayed here in a pinch last weekend, paid 400$ per room. I get the inflation on the weekends! But the young man at the desk was very rude and not a big help at all. My card key wouldn’t let me in the door 4x and every time we had to go back he still kept the same attitude! The rooms were clean and seemed to be kept up with well, shower was hot, breakfast had a good selection of continental items. The lady who was there kept it well stocked and all the hot items fresh, she got the stars for service. If it wasn’t for the young man at the front desk it would be 5 stars for service. We had a room facing the river it was very peaceful and each room has its own balcony."

"Beautiful lobby all decorated for fall. The front desk staff were all very friendly. The room, bathroom where both very clean even the air conditioner filter. The bed, pillows and linens were soft but not to soft. It was very quiet during the night."

"A favorite place to stay in Cherokee. (Was a little 'buggy' after the cold snap which is very unusual.) Conveniently located, quiet, clean. Beautiful setting. Very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Wish they had microwaves."

"Room was nice with a great view and free breakfast was solid. There was a gigantic spider web spanning across the hallway heading towards our room and despite putting a room service request card out on the first night we got there the requested items never showed up the 3 nights we were there. Seems house keeping skipped our section of the 2nd floor that weekend."

"Very nice Quality Inn, looks newer and everything works. Great location, super nice staff, rooms were clean and had a refrigerator which I always appreciate. Plenty of hot water for the shower (towels are a bit small). Breakfast included, it's basic but well stocked. Perfect as we rode through Maggie Valley for an overnighter and some time at the casino!"
