"I was looking for a dress shirt and formal shoes. The men's shirt section is comprehensive and has a variety of brands and sizes. After some effort I found a shirt I liked. The fitting room area was gross and unmaintained - the doors were old and falling apart, and people were leaving stuff everywhere. I felt uncomfortable trying clothes on there. It was receiving no attention from any of the employees. Men's shoe selection was disappointing. I eventually made my way downstairs to the "bargain bin" area. There, I found a few pairs of men's formal shoes that I thought were actually quite comfortable. The cashier sold a pair to me for $18, she was so nice."

"Horrible store and professionalism. A clear example of “ sub level hired help” during the holidays. I waited for 20 minutes to be helped with a piece of jewelry I wanted to purchase and A line of five or six people formed at the other register to purchase items. Once Macy’s employee was finished helping the only person in the area prior to myself. They informed me to go and wait on the line that had formed after I arrived and waited. I told them I was here already and that line started after my arrival. The fantastic macys employee told me it’s all the same store and I have to wait. So I did not purchase the items I planed on getting as gifts and I won’t be giving macys my business going forward."

"This past weekend we took a ride out to Huntington. To the Walt Whitman Shopping Center . We walked all throw the mail . And went into Macy's. At the time they were having a sale on bedding . 65 % off on everything you bye . If you open a credit card account . Wright then and there it's another 20 % off what ever you bye . Thinking to owe self's , this is great deal . Wright time wright place . Sometimes everything just comes together !" Macy's is a nice store . They have a lot to offer in there many different departments . Sales people are nice and helpful . Then we went out to eat ."
