"I spent all day unclogging a toilet with a cheap plunger that was locked in the office and the floor was flooded we had to buy another plunger, a decent one and some 10-minute drain opener and the guy want to be a jerk about it and for $60 I spent all day mopping up toilet water and could not use the toilet."
"Reasonably priced offers service to your unique needs.Rooms can be rented daily or weekly. Check out time is 11 am. A member of staff is always present at anytime. Owners are very understanding and always willing to help you out."
"I give it a 3 star review cause it is not fancy one bit. Rooms come with very basic set up. HD TV, microwave, bathroom with bath or shower depending on room. But it is great on the wallet. I use it for me and friends when we stay near lake james for fishing adventures. Beware of possible drama from other people who come around but no one has ever given us a problem. The staff is friendly and firm and all an all its a decent room for what you pay. But thats the catch. You get what you pay for. So i dont really complain since it saves me hundreds a weekend compared to other local accommodations."
"Really impressed with the changes rooms r much cleaner look and smelled clean. Was shocked when I walked in to my room, it was totally different from before. Best of all it was quite no Riff Raff I have been here over a week and have slept like a baby. Keep it up great job guys and I want to thank u 4 great service."
"We stayed Mar. 26th & 27th, 2016. Stayed in room 26. The place is horribly filthy. Carpet felt "syrupy" & "spongy". Bare feet felt very filthy after walking 5 feet on the carpet. The door locks are very simple, reminiscent of interior locks & doors. Big gaps between the primary frame & door. Not even a proper working chain lock. Bathroom curtain had holes that I could put my fist through. Bathroom windows are not opaque, just regular glass along the walk. People can stare directly inside. Windows are "old fashioned" in that it's just a simple wood frame with the circular clasp at the top. No ice machine. Fire alarms were hanging by cords off the wall. Toilet water line leaked water continuously onto floor. Mold all over the shower floors, walls & ceiling in bathroom. We are a family of 5. When I asked for more than the 2 threadbare towels they had provided I was told I could have 2 more in a very demeaning manner & attitude. No coffee pot in rooms. Provided soap was so brittle that it broke into 6 pieces when I picked it up to unwrap it. I wish I could give 1/4 of a star. At least the roof didn't leak."
