"The rooms were clean, the AC worked great, and management was super friendly. I was a half hour late on checkout due to daylight savings and i got a "don't sweat it" that was greatly appreciated! The rates are great and there's free wifi!"

"Stayed here for a week, car was at the mechanics next door. Was 350 for the week, another guy said he was paying 75 a night. Rooms were clean enough, wifi was quick, staff wasn't always around if ya needed something and the room had no microwave even though it said it had microwave. Overall pretty good stay, close to downtown Marion and 40mins from Asheville. I'd stay here again if I had too, cheapest place in town and I'm ballin on a budget. Guess that's why it's called the budget inn. I think I accidentally stole the card key to the door, sorry about that."

"This place is amazing. Very clean, very polite. And very quiet. The people who own this Inn care very much about their place, and want every one to feel at home. And it does. It was clean. And smelled good. There was zero issue in comfort. And I loved it. I wish we could have spent the entire week we needed a place to stay here. THANK YOU BUDGET INN!"
