"Great rates if your looking to pay by the week or the month. You are close to stores and a park with a walking path to a waterfall. Big front grassy area for kids to play. Great management staff very friendly and helpful."

"I am staying here with my family. It is under new management. They have done a great and wonderful job in turning this place around. The price is great and the people here are really wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better place. There is room outside on the grass lawn for the children to play and run with a great view of the mountains. Yes I know this place had bad reviews in the past. But not now. I give the place 5 stars and the management as Well I give 5 stars"

"My room had roaches and bedbugs. The manager kept asking me if I knew were to find weed and pills. She also got paranoid or something and kept taking pictures of me and my family that would pick me up. The guy in room 3 stayed up on night smoking crack. It was very nasty and rude place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!"
