"Men's cologne case had 4 items inside. Lots of clothing on the floor due to inconsiderate shoppers and not enough staff picking up and folsing or rehanging. Long lines and not enough staff for checkout counter. Prices were good as always but the store looked like it was ransacked in certain departments."

"This store has the SLOWEST cashiers of all the TJMaxx/Marshalls stores within 10 miles. They take their sweet time working in slow motion and chit chatting regardless of how long the line is. Been here several times and it’s always the only store that is frustrating. I come here to check their inventory (hit or miss)."

"Its really sad how dirty this store has become over the years. The people that work at the register can't count even with the register telling them the total. It's like they hire anyone these days. The only people who do their job and know where anything goes are the amazing Indian woman that work on the floor."

When inquiring about specific sizes, they claim that only items on the rack are available, yet later, you may witness employees retrieving items from the back. Price tags are missing on some items, necessitating additional time spent as store staff search for similar items with tags. While the store does offer generally good prices, it’s worth noting that the clearance items don’t consistently align with this trend. Some clearance items surprisingly have higher prices, which can be a bit perplexing for shoppers seeking bargains. During checkout, items are often packed together without regard for their nature, leading to a rather unsatisfactory experience. Overall, the store could benefit from improved organization, more attentive staff, and better customer service practices."

"Always a great refuge for bargains. Particularly for progressively, marked down merchandise. Plenty of household merchandise. Easy returns, Ample parking. Great alternative to the Bankrupt Bed Bath and Beyond."
