"I am very unsatisfied and disappointed. After years of loyalty, I brought my 2019 car in for an oil change. They charged me over 120.00…ok..but when I got home there was a puddle of oil under my car. I brought it back and Johnny said I needed a new oil pan! Clearly the mechanic did something wrong but no one ever took responsibility. I had to bring it to another local mechanic and the pan was cracked and needed to be replaced. The car never leaked oil before the oil change? So sad still about the lack of integrity and customer service. Shame on you guys for treating a loyal customer this way."
