"Genine Fargo or Farco - ext 4319 is a horrible representation of professionalism by a Special investigator . No decorum about herself and the company she represents If you would like a insurance company that you pay monthly to disrespect , yell , and refuse to provide you with information ! Sign up for Lancer insurance I had a driver who disclosed to her that he had a criminal past . I’m which she later brought up in a comment her words,” well you’re a criminal aren’t you , you should know !” When asked for her supervisor she refused and stated “ I’m not going to give you anyone information to talk with” and also stated that she has the authority to prolong the claim Why a company would hire someone so nasty, trashy , and vile? I am not sure but they lost a customer !"

"By far , this is the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They will go decades and decades back to penalize you for small violation tickets even if they were dismissed. Avoiding those scammers is highly advice. I heard so many hard to believe horror stories about them but I learned the hard way by dealing with them. Do Not Trust them. Will report them to the authorities for a fraudulent practice."
