They are also so good about following up and communicating. I’ve had mechanics who you don’t hear from for days or they just do work without your approval and before even agreeing to a price. Not these guys. I always hear from them just a few hours after I’ve dropped off my car; letting me know what’s going on and asking if I want to move forward. They are honest, helpful, and provide service with a smile… and they have a nice little waiting room with a comfy couch, Seinfeld playing and sometimes a cute golden retriever, Kenya!
