Each time I received clear communication from his drivers to confirm pickup and the drivers were always there early. I've had to call Max at noon for an evening pickup and he was able to come through with no problem. I highly recommend Max and his drivers. His service may cost a couple of dollars more than Uber or Lyft but he is 100% reliable and for me, that is well worth the few extra dollars considering some of the disasters I've had with those terrible companies and some of their drivers."
