"I can't say I've had the misfortune of patronizing this store as they do not uphold the online promotions. I've attempted to place an order on two seperate occasions, both times being met with fees and charges that are nowhere near what the promotions are. It's no wonder that the store's policies are as is; their district and corporate managers have failed to respond to numerous requests to resolve my issue with having them uphold advertised promotions. I feel as though I've exhausted all resources as I've given more than two weeks to receive a call back. Please don't bother. They make their own rules and never have anything available in store."
"My experience began badly, per a poor pre-existing first encounter with the same representative who was there to assist today. Rent-A-Center should specify whether a full month’s payment is required to open an account or not, at least in the fine print, because that is what this representative and her superior had been suggesting until finally conceding to my already signed rental agreement."
