"Usually, the service is pretty efficient. I tend to do online orders and the retrieval process is almost always seamless. Not sure why the transaction on Jan. 5, around 10pm, was so difficult. One thing I'd recommend is having cashiers who are able to understand and speak English proficiently. Language barriers can sometimes frustrate and hamper processes; thankfully, I was patient enough to stick around and helped the cashier figure out things."

"I had a terrible experience with Domino's Pizza recently. I ordered a pizza, but to my dismay, it arrived without any sauce or cheese. It was basically just a plain bread with toppings. To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. When I called to complain about the order, the representative was unhelpful and rude. I expected much better from a well-known pizza chain like Domino's. I won't be ordering from them again."
