"Trying to shop here is mediocre. Can't find staff to help and the checkout lines are atrocious. However the cafe is awful constantly, constantly out of stock of items and it's a mix between their supplier and them not unfreezing enough stuff for the day. Staff are consistently unhelpful. One of the drink machines has been broken for months often resulting in no ice in the other 2. Come in today and it's the same excuses except the place is an absolute mess and supplies for cups and straws laying in bags thrown across the counter.... most of all other supplies are out. I'm over it, it's a constant problem and I've brought it to managements attention several times. Happy for my membership to end and go to Costco or somewhere else."

"My husband and I just recently moved to the area. We were living in a hotel for 6 weeks and we finally purchased a home in the area. We have four kids but we live a good 30 minutes away from Sam’s so I am not able to go every week as I’d like, so I purchased way more than I could carry out to my car. The manager (Derek) at Sam’s noticed I had too much and he came to help me. Derek helped push my cart out to the car and loaded the two bags of cat litter, cat food, dog food, and cases of water I had purchased, on top of all the groceries I had in my cart. I was very impressed with the way I was treated and will definitely be back to this Sams! Thank you Derek!"

"Love Sam's Club they always have the best brands at the best prices. Every time I go I'm always finding new fantastic deals for everyday items. Such as deals for things around the house, storage, groceries, yard and garden, and even tools for working on my car. Sam's Club is my go to place for anything I might need!!"

"Tonight, after getting gas, my truck wouldn’t start, so I called AAA and it was 6:57 so they couldn’t bring me a battery, just provide a jump, and they could not tell me how many hours it would take them to get there. So, the very nice gentleman who worked there came over and offered to help and walked me over to the service department. The gentleman working in the service department stopped what he was doing and walked over to help me and charged my battery and my truck started. I am so grateful for their kindness and their help! I feel bad that I didn’t get their names, so I hope this review finds its way to them, so they know how thankful I am."
