I hope that someone who reads this comment collaborates and does something to try to stop this abuse On behalf of this dealer, I call on the Chinese community in Bayside to do something about the discrimination against this dealer."

"Needed a new battery & got one from here. Bought my car from Bayside Dodge some 7 years ago. Their pretty good here. Service dept. manager even waxed the hood on my car to get rid of all the fingerprints & I very much appreciate that. Staff is knowledgeable & helpful. My favorite is Jay Escobar but pretty much everybody else are great as well."

"I am having a difficult time retrieving a keyfob for my jeep wrangler. The order was placed on january 24 2022. After much checking and calling i was told to come in to service then the key will be cut/ programmed etc. On Monday 3/29 I wasted 3 hours for the gadget only to be told by Brian that the key was probably sent back. he had to reorder same. THIS IS SO SAD BECAUSE NO ONE COULD VERIFY THAT THE KEY WAS ACTUALLY IN THE PARTS DEPT. THE INVOICE # WAS QUOTED YET------ I was told to come in !! Jay initially put through the purchase. We have been communicating by e-mail but nothing was ever tangible to say---== the purchase is okey. DISAPPOINTED WITH BAYSIDE PARTS."

"This is actually a 0 star review. I placed an order, they took the money, sent an email of confirmation of order being placed and then canceled the order the same day. I did not, however, get any notification of the order being canceled. So when it came time that I should have received the part, and it didn't come, I had to go back to the original order confirmation email to track the part. And that is where I learned of the order being canceled. True professionals. I would not recommend doing business with them. I won't be anymore."

"Wouldn't waste time with this company. Ordered parts and paid for over night shipping. Never got any confirmation on the order for over a week. Called multiple times and was told part was shipped. Finally got a confirmation email that parts were shipped after over a week. Then they refunded me the cost of overnight shipping and were supposed to still send the parts over night but after checking the tracking numbers they just send the parts regular shipping and I've yet to receive them. If you want you parts quickly i wouldn't waste time with this place"
