They manufacture on site so parts are accessible if needed which is a huge plus. Ask for Mike he does the right thing helped me out in a pinch. "Prompt and friendly service. Needed parts included with one year warranty after I provided serial number they were sent out within the same day after a brief correspondance. The selection and low price backed up with a warranty were among the reasons I chose Cooltech. I get compliments on my cheese cooler and display often."

"Buyer beware, Cool Tech is manufacturing and selling equipment in Brooklyn. The prices may seem cheaper than competitors and many items are on eBay. The quality is very poor and the service is non-existent. We purchased a deli case, a low boy, stand up refrigerator and freezer less than two years ago. The construction and parts are all very cheap and poorly made. The warrantee is short and service is nonexistent. The company is extremely hard to deal with, we had damaged units delivered and it took over a year to resolve the damage claim. The units are so poorly made they do not hold temperature and are extremely energy inefficient. We have had each unit brake in less than two years for one part or another, with no help from the company. Remember each time you have a problem you potentially loose the product in the unit which is a costly problem. I recommend buying a unit from a reputable manufacturer, if it costs slightly more you will save that money in the long run in lost product and time."
