"The other day I was feeling so down and I literally sat and had a slice here, relaxed myself, and felt better, makes you feel like you’re in high school having the most perfect after school slice with your crush, especially if you sit on the red bench outside"
"Went in for Pizza kit, staff are either new or incompetent. They don’t know if they have kits, then kit didn’t have cooking info as times past. Pizza cook and girl serving totally unhelpful. She actual said cook it till it’s done and laughed. I was there when they first came to Bedstuy and one of the first customers. Quality has gone down. Lost this loyal customer. I continued to support during Covid to keep them open. #loyalrewardsnothere"
"My pepperoni pizza was fantastic but my mozzarella cheese sticks were terrible. Soggy, cold and not it. The home made marinara was good, but I’m shocked at microwaveable cheese sticks in a pizza shop."
"Horrible Pizza : 99cent pizza @43 & Lexington in Manhattan taste better than this garbage. Don’t be fooled by the buy 1 get 1 free. Total waste of $20 :: horrible crust & definitely is NOT Authenic NYC Pizza. If you want Authentic Pizza go to Sam’s Pizza via Court Street downtown Brooklyn. Or local BedStuy BK Pizza taste 10 times better than this garbage pizza"
"I stood there patiently waiting ungreeted* for over 5 minutes, while the two employees performed tasks unrelated to their customer waiting (the place was not busy whatsoever) - I asked one of the employees to help get a slice started for me since the cashier was clearly busy trying to decide where to put the salt & pepper shaker. He enthusiastically declined* and said “she’ll handle it” while waving me off… after two additional minutes of trying to get her attention, she asked “what can I get you?” - as I replied “a mushroom & pepperoni please” she begins to assemble several other orders into the oven without including mine, while the other employee continued to make unneeded pizzas - I left hungry with no food since clearly my little black business wasn’t worth the attention. I hope the white woman and her children enjoyed their lavish experience because clearly there wasn’t enough to give me. First time there; definitely the LAST time there and I’ll be telling everyone NOT to go there. I wish neighborhood businesses actually valued the REAL residents of the neighborhood."
