Domino's Pizza 146 Smith Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201

"Received the wrong order after paying and providing tip. Called in to inform staff that we received the wrong order and the person doesn’t eat pork. I was met with rudeness, stating he doesn’t know how I received the wrong order (ugh you guys packed the wrong order!), after 4 minutes of rudeness, questioning, and threats I was hung up on. Terrible service and this is not the first time. I can’t wait until my friend opens a domino’s in the area to run them out of business. They’re providing terrible service because they’re the only Dominos around. That will change! They need new management if they want to stand a chance…. I must mention the delivery guy deserves 5 stars as he was friendly, greeted me with a smile and brought my food to my door unlike the other delivery persons in the past."

"Having ordered pizza here yesterday with an estimated delivery time of 25-30 minutes, it took nearly two hours and the pizza arrived cold and incorrectly. I paid almost $20 for this “specialty pizza” and was delivered a plain cheese pizza. I’ve tried calling the store and a man answered and confirms it’s been “refunded” and then hangs up the phone when I ask him for proof. I’m going to call my credit card company and report this location as fraud, as you should if ordering too."

"I ordered a delivery through UberEats and specified that they should meet me at my door. The delivery driver called me and said I need to come downstairs. Me, just getting home from a 6 hour flight said no. There’s an elevator and I requested delivery to my door. The delivery person hung up on me. I called the store and asked what’s the deal. They told me it was policy that delivery drivers don’t go upstairs. This is false. They came upstairs a week before this. I argued the point and the person at the store cursed at me and hung up. I’ve never had this experience with dominos so this might be the worst location in existence. I’d strongly suggest that no one ever place an order to this location."

"Same problem with another domino’s. If they want us to come down for delivery pick up, they shouldn’t charge for delivery + tip. The delivery took like an hour and the guy asks me to come down. If they eliminate that cost I would be happy to come down and pick it up. Very rude manager, very rude delivery guy. These guys are not aware of their brand. They do not deserve to run this franchise with this this attitude."

"This was poor service. I couldn’t even give this pizza to my kids and then I was missing an item. The guy never came to my building I had to go find him with my food Then when I called to talk to a supervisor they hang up on me so I called back he tryed to act like he was the supervisor like it’s not the same voice on the phone. Dam near 70 bucks on missing items n pizza my kids couldn’t eat n HORRIBLE and I can’t get my money back or better food be there to talk to a supervisor never went threw this before smh"
