"Purchased a strut bar,received part that doesn’t fit. Sent an email saying it’s a wrong part,got reply saying need to rotate the strut bar ( doesn’t make any sense ) . Since then they stop replying. Extremely unprofessional way to operate the business. I own 6 cars and all of them tuned with bunch of aftermarket parts,spent tens thousands of dollars doing business with URO Tuning,ECS Tuning,BMP Tuning….. never had anything similar happen before. Not planning to leave it like this!"
